Hotel Kuwait Policies
To help make your stay at The Royal Express Sharq in Kuwait as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 11 years old and over stay for KWD 11.500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Please check your visa requirements before you travel. As per Kuwait law, the hotel does not accept bookings from unmarried couples. Guests who do not present a marriage certificate will be denied check-in and may be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay. Please note that the hotel cannot accept bookings from country nationals who are single or single residents. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation is required upon check-in.
